Biography:
First full professional season. Played five years at Colorado College from 2004 to 2009. Made his pro debut with Las Vegas (ECHL) on 3/21/09 vs. Alaska. Scored his first pro goal vs. Alaska (ECHL) on 3/24/09. NCAA Notes: McCulloch, returned for a fifth year with Colorado College after winning a medical hardship case stemming from his rookie campaign. As a junior, he tied for the team lead with five game-winning goals among his 13 tallies overall. Was recipient of the prestigious WCHA Scholar Athlete Award and an All-Academic Team selection for the third consecutive year in 2008. Played in 103 consecutive games, including the first 22 of ‘07-08, before an injury forced him out of the lineup for two weekends mid-season. In 2006-07, he struck for a career-best and team-high 18 goals. Also led CC with 10 power-play goals and four game winners, including two in victories over NCAA tournament semifinalist North Dakota. McCulloch scored four times in an 8-1 victory over NCAA playoff participant Alabama-Huntsville early in the season.
