MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR SELECTION:

• 18 years of age
• High school graduate or a G.E.D.
• Must live in the Greater Austin area and have reliable means of transportation.
• Must be willing to attend all practices, games and other related activities. 
  
  

Interested applicants should complete the application and waiver and return the documents to the address listed below with payment. Write checks payable to Hicks Cedar Park in the amount of $20. Attach a professional headshot style photo with documents. Any type of photograph is acceptable. Photographs will be used for identification purposes and will not be returned. Write your name and phone number on the back of the photograph.
